In <br /> 1938,we divided the property, with approximately 33 acres and one rsilience going to the <br /> Brusliliagens. and approximately 107 acres and one resilience going to the Elleson1Butchers. <br /> By the town density polic . this property would have one potential development right per 35 acres,or <br /> four. One residence would b "grandfathered",and one would count against the number of potential <br /> development rights ava;lah ie.
