Town of Vermont, Dane County, Wisconsin. More fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 3; thence N00°46'04"E, 2601.68 feet along the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 3 to a point on the North right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway "II"; thence along a curve turning to the right with a radius of 194.80 feet, with a chord bearing of N55°15'38"E, 122.75 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1 Certified Survey Map No. 5726 and the point of beginning ; thence N00°46'24"E, 112.21 feet along the East line of said Lot 1; thence N81°38'42"E, 75.52 feet; thence N08°21'18"W, 204.85 feet; thence N88°05'26"E, 132.17 feet; thence S08°21'18"E, 284.39 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway "ii' ;thence S77°35'06"W, 211.80 feet along said right-of-way line; thence along a curve turning to the right with a radius of 194.80', with a chord bearing of S75°36'17"W, 13.46 feet right-of-way line to the point of beginning, containing 47,938 square feet, 1.10 acres. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. The property owner shall be responsible for obtaining a storm water management permit from Dane County Land Conservation for the LC-1 zoned property. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane County, a final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division. Upon submission of the final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee, or its authorized representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey map. Failure to submit the final certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to record the survey with the Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
