EFFECTIVE: FEB. 2, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10695 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of York Location: Section 33 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to RH-1 <br /> A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, the Southwest Quarter <br /> of the Northeast Quarter, the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and <br /> the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Town 9 North, <br /> Range 12 East, Town of York, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 33; thence North <br /> 88°31'57" East along the north line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 33, <br /> 1,456.08 feet; thence South 35°43'13" West along the centerline of County Trunk <br /> Highway TT, also being the westerly line of Certified Survey Map No. 2036 and <br /> the northeasterly extension thereof, 1,736.18 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continuing South 35°43'13" West along the centerline of County Trunk <br /> Highway TT, 340.75 feet; thence Southwesterly along a 2,223.00 foot radius <br /> curve to the right in the centerline of County Trunk Highway TT having a central <br /> angle of 02°49'04" and whose long chord bears South 37°07'45" West, 109.32 <br /> feet; thence North 51°33'46" West, 389.34 feet; thence North 39°07'30" East, <br /> 431.00 feet; thence South 54°29'20" East, 366.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Containing 166,758 square feet, (3.83 acres), more or less.
