A deed restriction shall be recorded on parcels 0509-243-9070-7 and 0509- <br /> 243-8570-4 to prohibit residential development on the A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture zoned land. The housing density rights have been exhausted <br /> from the original farm. <br />
