EFFECTIVE: DEC. 3, 2014 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10726 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.03 <br /> shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Dunkirk Location: Section 34 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2(8) <br /> A part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and a part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 in <br /> Section 34,T5N, R11E,Town of Dunkirk, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more fully described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 34;thence N89°37'30"E, 497.54 feet along the North <br /> line of said Northeast 1/4;thence SO0°22'30"E, 531.26 feet;thence N75°22'59"W, 230.45 feet;thence <br /> N77041'35"W, 271.30 feet;thence N89°48'33"W, 149.34 feet;thence 566°36'08"W, 81.65 feet;thence <br /> 588°15'22"W,87.66 feet;thence N30°42'00"W, 60.63 feet;thence N59°27'44"W, 71.68 feet;thence <br /> N01°41'36"W, 162.36 feet;thence N60034'37"W 34.31 feet;thence S88018'24"W, 61.98 feet;thence <br /> N01°41'36"W, 175.62 feet to the North line of said Northwest 1/4;thence N89°23'55"E,493.49 feet along <br /> said North line to the point of beginning;Containing 414,097 square feet or 9.51 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane County, a final <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in accordance with all <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division. Upon submission of the final <br /> certified survey map, the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee, or its authorized representative, <br /> shall, within 30 days, approve, approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey map. Failure to <br /> submit the final certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to record the survey <br /> with the Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two <br /> copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
