The vacant land will be sold to <br /> Dane County and used for outdoor public recreation. <br /> Lots #1 and#2 of the preliminary survey will be kept by the Anderson Family. Lot#3 will be sold to Dane <br /> County. <br /> Lot#1 on the other preliminary survey will be kept by the Anderson Family.
