<br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
<br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section
<br /> 10.03 shall be amended as follows:

<br /> A-3 to R-H-1
<br /> Part of the SW % of the SW % of Section 13, T.5N., R.09E., Town of Oregon, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin, being more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section
<br /> 13; thence S89°26'23"E along the South line of the SW ' - SW %, 128.80 feet to the point of
<br /> beginning; thence N00°08'42"W, 243 feet; thence S89°26'22"E, 330 feet; thence S39°08'29"E,
<br /> 272.93 feet; thence S45°39'47"E, 47.68 feet to the intersection of the centerline of Union Road and
<br /> the South line of said ' - 1/4 ; thence N89°26'23"W, 663.48 feet to the point of beginning. The above
<br /> described containing 2.5 acres, or 2.0 acres exclusive of road right of way.
