No. 10095; <br /> thence continuing S89°36'41"W, 527.26 feet along the south line of Lot 3, C.S.M. <br /> No. 10095 and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing 589°36'41"W, 164.07 <br /> feet along the south line of Lot 3, C.S.M.
