No new development proposed. <br /> Town Plan: The property is located in the town's"Rural Preservation II" planning area. <br /> Resource Protection Area: There are no resource protection corridors located on the property. <br /> Staff Comments: Separation of residences existing prior to 1/1/1995 do not count as a split under the town density <br /> policy. The proposed separation is consistent with town plan policies. It appears that the proposal will result in the <br /> creation of at least one remnant parcel.
