EFFECTIVE: OCT. 14, 2014 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10728 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Blooming Grove Location: Section 36 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to R-3A <br /> A part of the NW 1/4,SW 1/4, part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, part of the SE 1/4, SW <br /> 1/4, all in section 36, Township 7 North, Range 10 East, Town of Blooming <br /> Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the West One-quarter corner of said Section 36; thence N 87 degrees 28' 38" E <br /> 979.35 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 0 degree 45' 23" E 1325.70 feet; <br /> thence N 87 degree 14' 58" E of 332.75 feet; thence S 0 degree 38' 20" E 467.88 <br /> feet; thence N 31 degree 04' E 1073.44 feet; thence West 607.80 feet; thence N <br /> 0 degree 45' 23" W 870.84 feet; thence S 87 degree 28'38" W 290.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. Contains 15.221 acres and subject to a public right of way <br /> over its northerly 33 feet thereof for Siggelkow Rd. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on parcel to prohibit future land divisions <br /> of the parcel. <br />
