DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8747 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain a Prows: That the o T _ i rict Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to in lude in the RH-2 Rural HI es Districtls the following described land: PETITION NUMBER:8747 Part of the SE 114 of the SW 114 of Section 23, and part of the NE 114 of the NW 114, the NW 1/4 of the NW 114, the SW 114 of the NW 114, and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Beginning at the North quarter corner of Section 26; thence S89°02'25" West, 674 feet; thence S02°05'West, 1311 feet; thence S89°46'West, 674 feet; thence S02°05'West, 1363 feet to the centerline of London Road; thence S76°32'West along said centerline,137 feet;thence NO2°05'East, 1527 feet;thence N89° East, 66 feet; thence NO2°05' East, 769 feet; thence N09°55' East, 475 feet to the Southwest corner of Dane County Certified Survey Map #8111; thence N89°02' East, 1348.58 feet to the Southeast corner of said Certified Survey;thence South, 66 feet to the point of beginning. Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the suwey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded suwey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a)-24b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances.
