DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8225 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural and A-2 Agricultural Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 8225 TO A-2(8): A part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Berry described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 16; thence North along the North-South quarter line, 462 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North along the said North-South quarter line, 800 feet; thence East, 1120 feet; thence South, 200 feet to the centerline of Spring Valley Road, thence Southwest along said centerline, 160 feet; thence West along said centerline, 462 feet; thence Southwest along said centerline, 726 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. TO A-2: A part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Berry, described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 16; thence North along the West line • of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 462 feet more or less to the centerline of Spring Valley Road; thence Northeast along said centerline, 726 feet more or less; thence East along said centerline, 462 feet more or less, thence Northeast along said centerline, 450 feet more or less; thence South along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 1188 feet more or less; thence West along the South line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 -13£0 feet more or less to the point of beginning. • I-\ O` The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
