Site ID: 782350 <br /> January 26, 2015 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Introduction <br /> The purpose of this report is to summarize results of the structural analysis performed on the 100 ft <br /> Valmont Monopole with a proposed 10 ft extension located at Badger Road, Madison, WI, Dane <br /> County (site #782350). The tower was originally designed and manufactured by Valmont (Drawing <br /> #19198-99, dated September 17, 1999). Refer to the attached drawings for the proposed extension <br /> design. <br /> Analysis <br /> The tower was analyzed using Semaan Engineering Solutions, Inc., Software. The analysis <br /> assumes that the tower is in good, undamaged, and non-corroded condition. The analysis was <br /> performed in conformance with ANSI/TIA-222 Rev G and local building codes for a basic wind <br /> speed of 90 mph no ice and 40 mph with 3/4" radial ice (3-second gust), Structure Classification <br /> II, Exposure C.
