The plan includes the
following requirements:
1. The site will be accessed from County Highway TT using a stone tracking pad. The
tracking pad must be a minimum of 50' long x 24' wide x 12"deep and be constructed of
3-inch clear stone. The access must be maintained in a manner that prevents material
from reaching public roads. Any material tracked onto public roads must be removed
immediately and the access controls must be improved prior to resuming construction
traffic.
2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan including
down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be maintained until the site is
permanently restored.
3. Disturbed areas must be temporarily mulched with straw or woodchips within 1-month of
initial disturbance. The mulch cover must be maintained until disturbed areas are
permanently restored.
4. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan.No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur outside the limits of disturbance on the plan. In the event any
of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures will be required.
5. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows:
Excavation and grading is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required permits.
Disturbed areas associated with the driveway must be permanently restored by
June 4, 2015.
All disturbed areas must be permanently restored, as noted in the plan, by May 1,
2016.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
5201 Fen Oak Drive,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718 -PH:608/224-3730,FAX:608/224-3745
www.countyofdane.com/lwrd/permit/
