No change of grade within 5 feet of either side property line. <br /> 3. Any stormwater discharged from the property within 5 feet of the side property lines must be directed to <br /> remain on site to protect the neighboring properties from negative effects of stormwater discharge. <br /> 4. No portion of the structure or any impervious surface is permitted to encroach into the required 75 foot <br /> setback from the OHWM of Lake Waubesa. <br /> 5. The minimum side yard setback is 5 feet to the finished surface of the plane of the wall. <br />
