The Department 's review is based upon <br /> examination of (1) the 115 report of§oil Borings and Percolation <br /> Tests as certified by soil tester, y oy ing7nf ocz... <br /> CST. # ,L?4 (2) the ASCS soils <br /> maps applicable to the above-described lands and (3) the results of <br /> an on-site inspection by the Department . Based upon such examination, <br /> it is the opinion of the Department that the data on the 115 form <br /> . is essentially as certified by the CST. The exact areas inspected <br /> are suitable for the installation of a ( • -- - _ •• . - <br /> H4arrk) (Mound system H63. 23) , but not a conventional private sewage <br /> system, in accord with standards of the Wisconsin Administrative <br /> Code H63 . <br /> The above opinion is only advisory and shall not act to bind <br /> the Department if called upon to issue a sanitary permit at a later. <br /> date. This opinion shall not act to relieve the applicant for a <br /> sanitary permit from his obligation to perform all steps normally <br /> required in the application process.
