ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3875 c % "f <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That the. <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3875/551 : <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Lot #1, CSM 4103 found in volume 17 page 146 of Certified Survey Maps, <br /> Register of Deeds Office. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> 1.
