Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10705 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Vermont Location: Section 3 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to RH-1 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, T, 7N., R.6E., Town of Vermont, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner <br /> of Section 3; thence N00°36'08"E, 211.69 feet to the centerline of Blue Mounds <br /> Trail; thence N78°56'43"W, 195.78 feet; thence N68°21'43"W along said <br /> centerline, 165.79 feet to the point of beginning; thence S09°13'23"W, 275 feet; <br /> thence N81°15'24"W, 396 feet; thence N23°15'58"W, 133 feet to the aforesaid <br /> centerline of Blue Mounds Trail; thence Northeasterly along said centerline, 92 <br /> feet; thence N63°15'16"E along said centerline, 57.77 feet; thence Easterly along <br /> the arc of a 350 foot radius curve, 300 feet; thence S68°21'43"E, 20 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. The above described containing 2.4 acres more or less. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> 1. The southerly property line shall be shifted to the south in order to obtain 15% <br /> impervious surface within the Shoreland District affecting the property. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning <br /> approval by Dane County, a final certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter <br /> 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and <br /> submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division.
