EFFECTIVE: JAN. 5, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10769 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Dunn Location: Section 33 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> B-1 to B-1 <br /> Part of the SW1/4 NW1/4 and party of the SE1/4 of said Section 33, Township 6 North, Range <br /> 10 East, Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southwest corner of said Section 33, thence N89deg.48'45"E, 1,785.42 feet; thence <br /> NOOdeg.09'39"W, 3,324.82 feet; thence S87deg.50'46"W, 419.85 feet to a point of beginning; <br /> thence N88deg.32'52"W, 129.08 feet; thence NOOdeg.33'23"W, 108.76 feet: thence <br /> S86deg.05'26"E, 126.60 feet; thence SO2deg.05'46"E, 103.46 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. The current deed restriction shall be amended to limit the land uses on the property to <br /> a retreat center. The building may only be used for temporary overnight stays <br /> associated with the Foundation. The buildings may not be expanded past their current <br /> footprint. Full-time residential use of the property is prohibited. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
