ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3479- bkk <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br /> amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the S1 NWQ of Section 33 Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 33; thence N 89° 48' 45" E, <br /> 1,785.42 feet; thence N 00° 09' 39" W, 3,324.82 feet; thence S 87° 50' 46" W, <br /> 419.85 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 88° 32' 52" W, 129.08 feet; thence <br /> N 00° 33' 23" W, 108.76 feet; thence S 86° 05' 26" E, 126.60 feet; thence S 02° <br /> 05' 46" E, 103.46 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br /> 1) . Said area shall be used only for a law office with no more than three (3) <br /> full time lawyer equivalents and support staff. <br /> 2) . If Indian Artifacts are discovered during the construction of the law office <br /> the Wisconsin State Historical Society shall be notified and allowed to pre- <br /> serve the artifacts. <br /> 3) . The gravel road known as McManus Road in said Section 33, T6N, R10E, in the <br /> Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, shall revert to said Jack McManus and <br /> be said Jack McManus' responsibility in all respects and that proper documents <br /> shall be furnished by proper governmental bodies for said purposes. <br /> EFFECTIVE: SEP 2 61984 <br /> 545-11 (2/78) <br />
