EFFECTIVE: DEC. 22, 2014 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10772 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.03 <br /> shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Deerfield Location: Section 28 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-4 <br /> Parts of the SW % of the NW Y4 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, T.7N., R.12E., Town <br /> of Deerfield, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West 1/4 corner of Section 28; thence NO3°31'15"E, 1328.98 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of the SW % of the NW 1/4 ; thence N87°02'03"E along the North line of said <br /> 1/4 - 1/4. 793.75 feet to the centerline of Jensen Lane; thence S15°49'23"W along said centerline, <br /> 808.43 feet; thence S12°W, 131 feet to the Southwest corner of Dane County Certified Survey <br /> Map number 7154; thence S83°11'E, 750.88 feet to the Southeast corner of said survey; <br /> thence S02°44'36"W, 406.68 feet to the Northeast corner of Dane County Certified Survey Map <br /> number 7496; thence S86°49'W, 100 feet; thence S02°39'W, 125 feet; thence N86°49'E, 100 <br /> feet; thence S02°27'W, 380.47 feet to the Northeast corner of Dane County Certified Survey <br /> Mqp number 13020; thence S88°09'W, 895.59 feet to the centerline of Jensen Lane; thence <br /> N21°35'E, 175.38 feet; thence N07°52'E, 454.16 feet to the North line of the NW % of the SW <br /> 1/4; thence S87°21'W, 556.59 feet to the point of beginning. The above described containing <br /> 37.4 acres more or less. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane County, a <br /> final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in accordance <br /> with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division. Upon submission of the <br /> final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee, or its authorized <br /> representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey <br /> map. Failure to submit the final certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to <br /> record the survey with the Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
