WHEREAS,the City Council has carefully reviewed the petition,binding submittal <br /> documents, Staffs report and recommendations for Case No: PC15-2228 dated January 6,2015 and the <br /> Plan Commission's report to the City Council dated January 14,2015 and has determined that the <br /> proposed rezoning and conditional use, is in the best interests of the City and should therefore be <br /> approved,with regulations and conditions. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the request by Shelter From the Storm <br /> Ministries for approval of a petition to Dane County to rezone property located at 3392 Brooks Drive <br /> within the Town of Burke,along with a conditional use permit to allow for community living for more <br /> than 16 people,attached hereto as Exhibit"A",be, and the same is hereby approved with the following <br /> regulations and conditions of approval: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit is approved subject to the property being zoned R-2 Residential, <br /> rather than the requested R-4 Residential. <br /> 2. All building and plumbing codes shall be met for the approved occupancy. <br /> 3. The parking area shall be striped in a manner to identify each parking space. <br /> 4.
