Zweifel to Joan Zweifel) Parcel I: A parcel of land in the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 8 East, in the Town of Montrose, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said quarter section and running thence North along said quarter line 128 yards to lands owned by Henry Howe and now owned by Werner L. Elmer; thence East along the line of said Howe's land to the west line of the Illinois Central Right of Way; thence Southwesterly along the west line of said Right of Way to the South line of said Section 27; thence West along the South line of said Section to the place of beginning, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the cemetery grounds and ALSO EXCEPTING 3.88 acres, more or less, conveyed to one Samuel Klasse by deed dated February 1, 1906, and recorded February 2, 1906, in Volume 203 of Deeds, Page 296.
