<br /> PETITION for final settlement of this estate having been presented and heard,and the petitioner having
<br /> appeared in person and by attorney and
<br /> Lyall T. Beggs having appeared as Public Administrator,
<br /> And on all the evidence, records and proceedings herein, the Court now finds:
<br /> 1. That the petition came on for hearing upon notice or waiver thereof as provided by law to all persons
<br /> ' interested;
<br /> 2. That notice has been given for determination of who are the heirs of said deceased:
<br /> 1
<br /> 3. That the expenses of administration, funeral, last sickness,and the debts of the deceased have been paid;
<br /> 1
<br /> that the certificate of the Assessor of Incomes shows that there is no unpaid income tax
<br /> 1 nd that said estat
<br /> t c zI is not subject to inheritance tax;
<br /> r. I 4. That there remains personal property for distribution a 'J��,C, consisting of 1ivestoc3S,
<br /> " I farm machinery and feed of appraised value of $3585.00, a one-sixth
<br /> interest in a remainder in personalty under the will of Fred Zweifel,
<br /> .2, deceased, formerly of Monroe, Wisconsin, subject to the life estate of
<br /> Josephine Zweifel, the widow of said Fred Zweifel of a value of $1606.92,
<br /> all of which is subject, however, to a lien in favor of the Administratrix
<br /> u • Margaret Zweifel, widow of the decedent, in the amount of $814.89 for
<br /> advances made by her in order to pay administration expenses, funeral
<br /> expenses and debts of the decedent, or a net residue of personalty of
<br /> $4377.03.

<br /> l5. That the deceased died seized of the following real property:
<br /> An undivided 1/6 interest in a remainder following the death of
<br /> Josephine Zweifel, life tenant in the following described real estate
<br /> situated in Green County, Wisconsin, to-Narita
<br /> The East half of Lot 9, Block 12, except the North 18 inches of
<br /> Emerson and Moulton's Addition to the City of Monroe, Green County,
<br /> Wisconsin, according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br /> (This remainder was acquired. by virtue of the death of the decedent's
<br /> father, Fred Zweifel, on April 5, 1962.)
