8. That the decedent at the time of his death owned certain personal property in joint tenancy in the amount of a value of $2000 as described in the inventory on file. N0W, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Fred E. Zweifel, died intestate on the 25th of April, 1963 and that the following were the only heirs at law of the deceased: Margaret Zweifel, wife Melvin H. Zweife", son Raymond P. Gweifel, son IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED ADD DECREED that the accounts of the Administratrix on file herein be and the same are hereby allowed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the residue of personalty be distributed to Margaret Zweifel, widow of said decedent, the said decedent having died after July 22, 1961 and having left no lawful issue by a previous marriage and said residue being less than $10,000.00, all in aocordancewith Chapter 264 of the Laws of 196/. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real property described in finding Do. 5 be and the same is hereby assigned and trans- feree as of the date of the death of the deceased, an undivided one-third interest therein to Margaret Zweifel, an undivided one-third interest therein to Melvin H. Zweifel and an undivided one-third interest therein to Raymond P. Zweifel, IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the interest of the decedent as a joint tenant in the real and personal property above described which he held in joint tenancy with his surviving wife, Margaret Zw ife', terminated at his death and vested in said surviving wife, Margaret Zweifel..
