7. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Construction and grading is scheduled to begin upon permit issuance. <br /> Slopes 4:1 and steeper must be covered in mulch within one month of initial <br /> disturbance. <br /> All disturbed areas must be permanently restored, as noted in the plan, by <br /> September 15, 2015. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Water Resource Engineering. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the <br /> plan (September 15, 2015) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This <br /> review is for the shoreland erosion control requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary.
