DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8077 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the A-2(4)Agricultural and <br /> C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8077 <br /> TO A-2(4): <br /> Located in the SW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 4, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence S89°25'54"East <br /> 348.50 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N01°29'17' East 737.58 feet; thence <br /> S88°59'58" East 60.00 feet; thence S01°52'37" West 737.22 feet; thence N89°25'54" <br /> West, 55.00 feet; to the point of beginning. <br /> TO C-2: <br /> Located in the SW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 4, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence S89°25'54"East <br /> 403.50 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N01°52'37" East 737.22 feet; thence <br /> S88°59'58" East 439.61 feet; thence N00°13'52" East 533.00 feet; thence N89°34'04" <br /> West 215.12 feet; thence N41°41'53" West 88.99 feet; thence S89°34'04" East 675.59 <br /> feet; thence S00°13'52" West 650.00 feet; thence N89°34'04" West 335.00 feet; thence <br /> S00°13'52" West 687.05 feet; thence N89°25'54" West 526.76 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded suwey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED ESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of <br /> the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. [Note that the following deed restrictions apply to each C-2 parcel involved in this petition]. "The <br /> uses allowed in the C-2 rezone area,per Dane County Code of Ordinances section 10.14(1)include <br /> (a),(b),(c),(d),(e),(f), (g),(h),(i),(j),(m),(n),(o),(q), (r),(s),(t),(u), 1998. All uses identified as <br /> conditional uses per section 10.14(2)require a separate public hearing and town action" <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
