On March 6th, 1906, Jacob and Mary Schenk conveyed lands described in Volume 203, Page 540 to members of the <br /> school district board of Joint School District Number Six of Perry and York and their successors in office with the <br /> expressed intention of creating a parcel upon which a schoolhouse would be built the same year. The physical evidence <br /> shown on this plat proves assertive action took place by the parties to determine the location of the boundary lines by <br /> running the lines and placing fences on the ground. For one–hundred and eight years, there has been mutual <br /> recognition, acquiescence, and substantial reliance on said lines which stand as a memorial to the implied agreement <br /> that took place. Furthermore, substantial improvements have been made upon this parcel to the acceptance of the <br /> adjoining landowners which further support the practical location of the boundary lines. Since the parcel as shown on <br /> this plat lies wholly within the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, there is no overlap with the lands to <br /> the North, further supporting the doctrine of repose. <br /> 2.)
