DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8003 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board-of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s <br /> the following described land: . <br /> P±rIT1ON NUMBER:8003 <br /> Part of the NE 114 of the SE 114 of Section 22, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Section 22; thence N00°37'24" West, along <br /> the East line of the SE 114 of said Section 22, 1333.78 feet; thence S88°25'18" West, <br /> 1072.29 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM #6867 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue S88°25'18" West, 167.13 feet to the Southwest comer thereof; thence <br /> N04°46'39"West, 14.76 feet; thence S87°35'44" West, along the North right-of-way line <br /> of Fischer Road, 1.26 feet; thence N49°22'18" West, along the proposed US Highway 12 <br /> right-of-way, 56.74 feet; thence N16°19'54" West, along said proposed right-of-way, <br /> 79.46 feet; thence N67°43'11" East, 158.66 feet; thence S08°50'33" East, 40.45 feet; <br /> thence N79°32'42" East, 93.41 feet; thence S11°44'18" East, 98.44 feet; thence <br /> S86°36'42" West, 33.69 feet; thence S03°23'18" East, 62.12 feet to the Southeast corner <br /> of CSM#6867 and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
