DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8003 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. The Dane County Board-of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the following described land: . P±rIT1ON NUMBER:8003 Part of the NE 114 of the SE 114 of Section 22, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Section 22; thence N00°37'24" West, along the East line of the SE 114 of said Section 22, 1333.78 feet; thence S88°25'18" West, 1072.29 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM #6867 and the point of beginning; thence continue S88°25'18" West, 167.13 feet to the Southwest comer thereof; thence N04°46'39"West, 14.76 feet; thence S87°35'44" West, along the North right-of-way line of Fischer Road, 1.26 feet; thence N49°22'18" West, along the proposed US Highway 12 right-of-way, 56.74 feet; thence N16°19'54" West, along said proposed right-of-way, 79.46 feet; thence N67°43'11" East, 158.66 feet; thence S08°50'33" East, 40.45 feet; thence N79°32'42" East, 93.41 feet; thence S11°44'18" East, 98.44 feet; thence S86°36'42" West, 33.69 feet; thence S03°23'18" East, 62.12 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM#6867 and the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
