Windsor Commons L•L•C• <br /> Windsor Commons Balance of Site Project Summary <br /> The submitall consists of two tax parcels, parcel 0910-293-9241-0 Lot I of CSM 10322 & 0910- <br /> 293-9258-0 which is part of Lot 3 of CSM 10322. We request that Lot 3 be further divided to Lot <br /> I and Lot 2 of a new CSM for housekeeping and financing reasons. <br /> The original CUP # 1545 included these lots of which we have built 3 buildings of 8 dwelling <br /> units each. <br /> The site will have 3 — 8 unit buildings as originaly permited in CUP # 1545 with water run off <br /> detention facilities as shown. <br /> PHASING <br /> Phase 1 which we hope to start summer of 2013 shall include buildings # I and 2 as well <br /> constrruct detention facilities for all the proposed buildings. <br /> Phase 2 will consist of buildings# 3 and will start in fall of 2014. <br /> The buildings will be managed& operated by All Star Properties LLC, Bryan Elliott, Broker. <br /> The cost for each building would be roughly $500,000 including infrastruscture. <br /> MATERIALS & AMBIANCE <br /> The buildings are more or less identical to the existing buildings.
