RESOLUTION 2013-20 <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING <br /> SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR WINDSOR COMMONS,LLC <br /> WHEREAS, Windsor Commons, LLC has applied for Site Plan approval on or about <br /> April 19,2013 for the expansion of the Windsor Commons project subject to various <br /> conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Windsor PIan Commission held a public hearing on said <br /> application at its regular meeting on April 23,2013 and considered all comments presented; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Windsor Plan Commission recommended approval of the <br /> Site Plan of Windsor Commons,LLC effective upon satisfaction of certain conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of <br /> Windsor that the Site Plan of Windsor Commons, LLC is hereby approved pending <br /> satisfactory completion of the following conditions: <br /> 1. The proposed site plan shall comply with the Dane County Conditional Use <br /> Permit#1545 dated June 8, 1999. <br /> 2. Submittal of a driveway access and maintenance agreement in a form <br /> approved by the Town Attorney, prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br /> any buildings, establishing the access rights and maintenance responsibilities <br /> for the driveway serving each adjoining parcel. <br /> 3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for any buildings, the petitioner shall <br /> design and install all stormwater management facilities required for Phase I <br /> and Phase II of the Windsor Commons development to the satisfaction of the <br /> Dane County Land Conservation Department and the Town of Windsor. <br /> 4. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for any buildings, the petitioner shall <br /> submit to the Town confirmation by the Dane County Public Works,Highway, <br /> and Transportation Departments that the proposed ingress/egress for the <br /> development meets County standards. <br /> 5. If the petitioner submits to the Town a Certified Survey Map to divide Lot 3 of <br /> CSM #10322, as a condition of approval the petitioner will be required to pay <br /> the Fee for Initial Improvement of Parkland prior to the Town providing <br /> signatures on the CSM. <br /> 07559.990390-21cb•170513kka <br /> Approve Windsor Commons Site Plan(Town Board) <br />
