Not included within the definition,for permit purposes or otherwise,are poles,towers and posts for lines carrying <br /> telephone messages or electricity and recreational structures of open construction and without walls,such as swing sets, <br /> slides,yard gyms,climbers,sand boxes and teeter totters. <br /> The building will need to meet the 4-foot minimum setback from the rear property line. The building shall be no <br /> higher that 16 feet to the mean part of the roof. <br /> It appears that this building measures approximately 14 feet to the mean of the roof.
