Page 1 of 2 <br /> fr.MIap 1 <br /> qj sets <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #2049 <br /> THE ZONING AND LAND REGULATION COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT Conditional Use Permit#2049 for a Limited Family Business for Farm <br /> Equipment repair, sales, and services pursuant to section 10.192 subject to any <br /> conditions contained herein. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: September 11, 2007 <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Parcel # 0912-081-8475-0, 7623 Deansville Road, Township of York, Lot 1 of CSM <br /> 12054 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) The hours of operation are to be 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday, <br /> although, during planting and harvesting seasons hours may be extended only if <br /> necessary from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. <br /> 2) Farm machinery shall be stored in or behind the existing buildings when practical. <br /> 3) Lighting shall be limited to overhead security lights with one such light at the <br /> parking area and the shop entrance, and two such lights located at the west side of <br /> the property and at the grain bins. No additional lighting shall be added. <br /> 4) Farm machinery shall be stored in or outdoor shall be limited to 15 pieces of <br /> equipment. No salvage equipment shall be stored outdoors. <br /> 5) Business signs shall be limited to one 16 square foot freestanding sign with a <br /> maximum height of 8 feet. One 12 square foot wall sign shall be'permitted having a <br /> wall height of 8 feet. <br /> 6) The fuel tanks on the property shall be updated or removed within 120 days of the <br /> approval of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />
