The plan includes the following requirements: <br /> 1. The site may only be accessed from existing gravel drives off Pheasant Branch Road.No other access <br /> may be used.Material deposited on public roadways must be removed immediately. <br /> 2. Silt fence must be installed and maintained at the locations shown on the plan. <br /> 3. Rock check dams must be installed and maintained at the locations shown on the plan. <br /> 4. The areas identified on the plan must be erosion matted during final site stabilization. The erosion <br /> matting must meet the WisDOT class and type as specified in the plan. <br /> 5. Culvert and pipe outfalls must be protected by rock riprap as shown on the plan. <br /> 6. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan.No material storage,vehicle traffic or grading <br /> may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer"on the plan.In the event any of <br /> these areas are disturbed,additional erosion control measures will be required. <br /> 7. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Construction and grading is scheduled to begin upon permit issuance <br /> All disturbed areas must be permanently restored as noted in the plan by October 31,2015. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County Water Resource <br /> Engineering.
