According to Weinert, some of the buildings, including <br /> the house, are currently leased; the others are vacant. The land is in a natural state and will remain unused. <br /> • Rezone/CUP desired: Re-application of Pet. 8840 (see History below). Divide the 5.90-acre parcel into <br /> (2)RH-1 lots: 1) A northerly lot of 2.46 net acres including the house and all the outbuildings: 2) a <br /> southerly lot of 3.44 acres with no buildings,but including a man-made pond. The Weinerts wish to build <br /> their retirement home on the southerly lot within the next two years. They will continue to lease the house <br /> and buildings on the northerly parcel. <br /> • Number of new home sites created: One plus one existing <br /> • History: Pet. 8840 (11/18/2003 ZNR Comm. P.H.): Approved by the County subject to recording a <br /> Certified Survey Map by 08/09/2004. When no CSM was recorded, Pet. 8840 became void. <br /> Pet. 4503, effective 07/13/1989 created a 75-acre area of RH-2 zoning. The Certified Survey Map for the <br /> Weinerts' 5.90-acre parcel was recorded in September '89. <br /> • Soils/Uses: Non A-1 EX <br /> • Shoreland/Floodzone/Wetlands: Man-made pond located on southerly proposed parcel —Floodplain <br /> district regulations do not apply.
