Proposed zoning districts will accommodate <br /> existing uses on the various properties. <br /> TOWN PLAN: All parcels are within the Urban Service Area of the City of Madison, or City of Verona, or are within the <br /> Rural Development Area shown in the Town of Verona/Dane County Comprehensive Plan. No conflicts identified. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION Properties entirely within Resource Protection Corridors are proposed for the CO-1 <br /> (Conservancy) Zoning District. <br /> STAFF: Recommend approval with no conditions.
