e.) Modifications to the Shared Driveway Easement Agreement are prohibited without written <br /> pre-approval of the Town of Cross Plains and the Dane County Zoning and Land <br /> Regulation committee. <br /> f.) Gates, fences, or other obstructions are prohibited on the Shared Driveway Easement. <br /> g.) Lot 4 of CSM # (to be supplied) shall have the right to use the shared driveway for 60' <br /> adjacent to CTH P.
