Daycare hours to the <br /> general public will be Monday thru Friday, lam- 6pm. The maximum number of <br /> daycare dogs would be limited to 40 dogs. <br /> As a blind woman and Executive Director/President of Custom Canines Service Dog <br /> Academy, Inc.,the benefits to living on the property where I train people and dogs <br /> are numerous. My family would live in the current residential structure on-site. <br /> This structure also houses a private entrance that was previously used for a private <br /> business.This area would be utilized for CCSDA office space,volunteer break areas, <br /> and restroom facilities for volunteer staff.With this arrangement, I would be able to <br /> work onsite,and not rely upon metered or volunteer transportation to training <br /> appointments. I would also be the primary manager for the operations related tasks <br /> associated with the dog daycare. <br /> This property has the perfect combination of location, features,and configuration <br /> that make it not only suitable for this type of arrangement, but actually ideal to <br /> benefit not only a local non-profit that exists only to help others gain their own level <br /> of comfort and independence,but to also offer myself and several of our disabled <br /> volunteers to enhance their own lives by giving the gift of these Service Dogs to <br /> others. <br /> We as an organization,and I personally thank you for your consideration in this <br /> endeavor.
