The plan includes the
following requirements:
1.The site ma y only be accessed off Luds Lane and CTH AB using stone tracking pads.
The tracking pads must be a minimum of 50' long x 24' wide x 12" deep and be
constructed of 3-inch clear stone. No other access may be used and material deposited in
the road must be cleaned up throughout and at the end of each workday.
2.Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where
deemed necessary, including down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be
maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized.
3.Stone ditch checks m ust be installed in the locations shown on the plan and where
deemed necessary. Sediment must be removed from the upslope side of the check dams
once it reaches V2 their height. The check dams may be removed once vegetation has been
established.
4.Stormwater basins must be constructed prior to any other grading in the locations shown
on the plan. As the basins will be utilized for sediment control during construction,
sediment must be periodically removed as necessary.
5.The ar eas identified on the plan must be erosion matted during final site stabilization.
The erosion matting must meet the WisDOT class and type as specified in the plan.
6.Culvert and pipe outfalls must be protected by rock riprap as shown on the plan. The
riprap must be installed such that it forms a bowl-shape with a depth of at least 6"to
dissipate runoff energy.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
5201 Fen Oak Drive,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718 -PH:608/224-3730,FAX:608/224-3745
www.countyofdane.com/lwrd/permit/
