The site <br /> is subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. All components of the stormwater management and shoreland mitigation plans must be <br /> constructed and implemented in accordance with the approved plans and applicable <br /> NRCS/DNR/County Technical Standards. <br /> 2. Upon completion of construction, as-built certification, bearing the seal of a <br /> professional engineer licensed in the State of Wisconsin, must be submitted for <br /> approval. <br /> 3.
