Land disturbance and restoration will be phased as described in the plan. <br /> All disturbed areas remaining on-site must be permanently restored, as noted in the <br /> plan, by July 1, 2015. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by the Dane <br /> County Water Resource Division. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in <br /> the plan(July 1, 2015)and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for <br /> the shoreland erosion control requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> only and other approvals may be necessary.
