During process to evaluate <br /> the existing older septic system, it has been found that he will have to install a new system as <br /> part of this project approval. Soil conditions are such at this site that a special approval is <br /> necessary from the state DSPS. State On-Site Waste Specialist has been to the site and has <br /> approved it. However, state plan approval for the replacement mound system is required since <br /> this is an individual site design. This may take 4 to 6 weeks to be done as the state is backlogged <br /> and understaffed. (Normally we conduct the State-level plan review which takes us a day of <br /> two). <br /> I have no objection for zoning to issue permits for house addition with condition that the <br /> existing septic system be replaced with a new system before the end of calendar year 2015. <br /> l zQ C. 74 - <br /> Richard C.
