Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10828 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Medina Location: Section 20 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2(4) <br /> A part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 20,T8N, R12E,Town of <br /> Medina, Dane County Wisconsin. Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section <br /> 20;thence N88 36 50 E, 1330.62 feet along the South line of said Northwest 1/4 to the <br /> Southwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4;thence N00°10'44"W, <br /> 97.10 feet along the West line of said 1/4, 1/4 to the point of beginning;thence <br /> continuing N00 10 44 W, 340.57 feet along said West line;thence S81°49'38"E, 584.59 <br /> feet;thence S11°58'08"W, 349.96 feet to a point on the South line of said 1/4, 1/4; <br /> thence S88°36'50"W, 261.91 feet along said South line;thence N69°26'16"W, 259.72 <br /> feet to said West line and the point of beginning; Containing 200,730 sq.ft.,or 4.60 <br /> acres gross; 189,324 sq.ft.,or 4.34 acres net. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. The Town of Medina animal unit deed restriction shall be recorded on <br /> property. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board(s) as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to <br /> record the restriction(s) will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the <br /> recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
