ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1285 <br /> . - : Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the zoning district maps of—the Town of Madison be amended to <br /> • <br /> include in the R-3A Residence District the following described land: <br /> Section 33: <br /> 1. Arbordale Subdivision <br /> 2. Lots 23 thru 38 of Assessor's Plat 11. <br /> 3, Lots 86 thru 88; Lots 101 thru 108, all in Assessor's Plat 6 <br /> of the Third Addition to Arbor Rills . <br /> That the zoning districts maps also be amended to include in the <br /> R-2 Residence District the following described land: <br /> Section 33: <br /> 1. Lots 89 thru 100; Lots 109 thru 1].h, of Assessor's Plat 6 of <br /> the Third Addition to Arbor Hills. <br /> 2. Lots a8 thru 20; Lots 27 thru 33 and that part of lots 21, <br /> 22, 23, 214 and 25 which lies in the Town of Madison, all in <br /> the Arbor Hills Subdivision. <br /> 3. Lots 34 and 35 and that part of Lot. 36 which lies in the Town <br /> of Madison, all in the First Addition. to Arbor Hills <br /> Subdivision. <br /> Also, _amend the district maps to include in the R-3A Residence District <br /> the following: . <br /> 1. Blocks 14 thru 11 of Lake Forest Subdivision in Section 34. <br /> Also, amend the district maps to include in the R-4 Residence District <br /> the following described land: <br /> 1.
