The soil test plot plan does not show all of the lot lines or provide the parcel size as specified in s.Comm <br /> 85.40(3)(a)4.,Wis.Adm.Code. <br /> 3. On page 2,the lot lines or parcel size was not shown as specified in the approved mound system <br /> component manual. This approval assumes that the actual lot line locations will not impact any part of <br /> the onsite sewage system and that the entire system is located on the same parcel as the residence it <br /> serves. <br /> 4. On page 3,the aggregate shall be covered with approved geotextile fabric that conforms to s.Comm <br /> 84.30(6)(g).,Wis.Adm.Code. <br /> 5. On page 3,the aggregate shall conform to s.Comm 8430(6)(1).,Wis.Adm.Code. There shall be six <br /> inches of aggregate under the distribution pipes and two inches of aggregate over the distribution pipes. <br /> 6. On page 3,the observation pipes shall be located as specified in the approved mound system component <br /> manual. That is,at opposite ends of the distribution cell,and 1/5 to 1/10 the length of the distribution cell <br /> measured from the end of the cell. <br /> 7. On page 5,the following adjustment was made to the total dynamic head calculation as specified in the <br /> approved pressure distribution component manual: <br /> Minimum network supply pressure+network losses=3.25 feet <br /> Total dynamic head=12.35 feet <br />
