DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9646 Arne ding Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DANE. CONDITIONAL ZONING Condi ional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code $f Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The a'ove listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be pr-.ared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its ap royal by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is record-d in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
