The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The a'ove listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be pr-.ared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of <br /> its ap royal by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> record-d in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause he rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane ounty Zoning. <br /> Effective: _ / o 7 <br />
