Land Conservation. <br /> Once a permit expires it is null and void. If the site has not been stabilized by <br /> the expiration date a new permit will be required. Double fees will be charged <br /> f r all remaining disturbed areas. <br /> he failure to comply with the conditions of the permit will be considered a <br /> violation of County Ordinance and may result in a "stop work order", citations <br /> and fines for each day the site is in violation. <br /> he permit is for land disturbing activities regulated under Dane County <br /> hapters 11 or 14 only. Other municipal, county, state or federal permits may <br /> e required. <br /> " s-built" plans for Stormwater Management Permits must be submitted to <br /> t e Land Conservation Division after site stabilization.
