The Department' s review is based upon <br /> examination of (1) the "Report of Soil Borings and Percolation Tests" <br /> as submitted by the Certified Soil Tester, /e/R2O1...O /--/,44/111 <br /> CST # 31 3 7 , (2) the ASCS soils maps applicable to the above- <br /> described lands and (3) the results of an on-site inspection by <br /> the Department.
