A site inspection was conducted on May 18, 2015. It was observed <br /> that a new foundation, structure, was installed and a"red tag" was posted. <br /> The Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) is available at the following world-wide web address: <br /> http://danedocs.countyofdane.com/webdocs/pdf/ordinances/ord010.pdf. <br /> Section 10.25 of the DCCO states, "(2) Zoning permits. (a)No new building shall hereafter be erected, <br /> and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use, nor shall any <br /> nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has been issued, <br /> except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance." <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 6313 State Highway 73 is in violation of the ordinance. <br /> A Dane County zoning permit has not been issued for the porch addition to your residence. <br /> You are hereby instructed to apply for a Dane County zoning permit within thirty (30) days of the date of <br /> this letter.
