The permit card shall be posted on the premises before any earth disturbing activity is started. <br /> 2. The owner or agent shall have all lot corners visibly staked prior to requesting an inspection.The Zoning <br /> Inspector shall not be responsible for determining the location of lot lines. Please be advised that zoning <br /> inspections are made in reliance upon your correct identification of property boundaries and lot lines. <br /> 3. FIRST INSPECTION <br /> a. Is a location survey -quired? Yes <br /> If yes, a first inspec on phone call request is •- equired. Please arrange to have a copy of the survey <br /> delivered to our dep-• •r-I •i. construction above the foundation. <br /> b. If �o, the owner or agent shall request the first inspection when the foundation or basement walls have <br /> been constructed. Footings only are not considered a foundation.
